From Roppongi Station
Take the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line or the Toei Oedo Line to Roppongi Station, come up to street level and head for Roppongi Crossing. The clinic is on the first floor of Thomas Building in Roppongi 5-chome, a 1-minute walk from the crossing and about 2 minutes from the station. Roppongi Crossing is the landmark to remember. The map above may help as well.
From other nearby stations
You can also walk from Nogizaka Station (Chiyoda Line), Azabu-juban Station (Namboku and Oedo Lines) and Roppongi-itchome Station (Namboku Line). If it is your first visit, check the route on a map app before you set out.
Opening hours, closures and booking
We are open 10:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 11:00 to 20:00 on weekends and public holidays. Closed Dec 31 – Jan 2 for the New Year holidays. You can book through our online reservation page, LINE or phone (050-1784-2379), up to about two months ahead. Same-day booking is possible when there is an opening.
By car or taxi
The clinic has no dedicated or partner parking, so please use a coin-operated car park nearby. If you take a taxi, tell the driver to head for "Roppongi Crossing" and you will be close.
Inside the clinic
The clinic is on the first floor. Consultations, examinations and treatments all take place in private rooms, and there is a powder room. A companion is welcome to join you in the consultation room.
Before your visit and cancellations
It helps to organize your current medications, medical history, allergies, any past cosmetic treatments, and the symptoms and goals you want to discuss. Minors need a consent form from a parent or guardian, and some treatments are not available to them. Cancelling before 17:00 on the day before is free. After that, and on the day itself, the fee is JPY 3,000 (JPY 3,300 incl. tax) for standard treatments and 50% of the treatment fee for doctor procedures and art makeup.
Payment methods
We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX, Diners, UnionPay), transit IC cards, PayPay, Alipay and medical loans. Through Aiful, a medical loan can split payments of JPY 30,000 or more into up to 60 installments, and you can apply on the same day.
