Examination
The doctor will assess whether Lhala 10 LDM is suitable for you and review your skin condition, medical history, and oral medications. We will ask about your areas of concern and preferences and explain the treatment area, approximate number of sessions, and possible redness and swelling. We will answer your questions and explain what to expect on the day and the precautions to follow at home.

Preparation
We will remove makeup, sunscreen, and oil to clean the skin. We will confirm the area for Lhala 10 LDM and prepare while avoiding areas with wounds, inflammation, or severe sunburn. If you feel any discomfort or have concerns, we will address them at this stage as we proceed.

Energy treatment
We will apply ultrasound to the skin with Lhala 10 LDM, moving the handpiece slowly over a layer of gel. We will adjust the treatment time for each area according to conditions such as dryness, redness, and roughness. We will monitor your response and take breaks or adjust the energy level as needed.

Cooling
We will wipe off the gel and check for redness or stinging. We will moisturize or soothe the skin after treatment as needed. We will also explain which symptoms to watch for at home and when to seek medical attention.

Aftercare instructions
We will explain precautions about bathing, alcohol, strenuous exercise, and strong friction on the day of treatment. We will describe what to expect if redness, swelling, dryness, or bruising occurs and whom to contact. We will address any remaining questions along with your next appointment and when to seek medical attention.

Lhala 10 LDM uses high-density ultrasound and has limited downtime. Even if redness occurs, it often settles quickly. On the day of treatment, avoid rubbing and take care to moisturize and apply sunscreen thoroughly.
Treatment takes around 15–30 minutes depending on the details. For your first visit, allow about 40–60 minutes in total to include skin assessment, face washing, and an explanation of post-treatment skin care.
When irritation or dryness is a concern, we suggest 1 treatment every 1–2 weeks, followed by around 1 session a month once the skin has settled. The appropriate interval depends on skin type and any combined treatments, so we adjust it during your consultation.
If your skin is in good condition afterward, makeup is often possible the same day. If there is redness or stinging, avoid layering on makeup and prioritize a gentle moisturizer and sunscreen.
The treatment is not one that involves strong pain, but you may feel mild irritation when your skin is dry or inflamed. We adjust the output and application to suit your skin condition, so please let us know during the treatment if anything feels uncomfortable.
This treatment is intended for people concerned about dryness, uneven skin texture or lack of firmness. It uses 10MHz ultrasound to act on the shallow layers of the skin, aiming to improve moisture. Depending on the cause of redness or inflammation, a different treatment may be needed, so we check your skin condition before the treatment.
Both use ultrasound, but their purposes and delivery methods differ. LHALA 10 is a treatment that improves moisture and texture in the shallow layers of the skin. HIFU focuses ultrasound at a targeted depth to generate heat, aiming for tightening. LHALA 10 is not a treatment aimed at the same tightening effect as HIFU.
It depends on the treatment being combined and your skin condition on the day. If redness or irritation remains, we may leave an interval between treatments. Please tell us the names and dates of any treatments you have had, including those at other clinics, during your consultation. The doctor will decide whether they can be combined and in what order.
