Examination
We will ask about your preferred eyebrow or lip shape, skin type, medical history, allergies, and previous permanent makeup. We will explain in advance that pigment uptake and fading vary from person to person. We will answer your questions and explain what to expect on the day and the precautions to follow at home.

Design
We will draw the design while assessing your facial structure, expressions, and differences between the sides. We will adjust the thickness, length, and color while you check in a mirror, address any discomfort or concerns, and begin treatment after obtaining your consent.

Treatment
We will use topical anesthesia and gradually introduce pigment with a specialized needle. We will work over the required area in several passes while monitoring the skin's response, bleeding, and pigment uptake. We will take breaks as needed.

Check
We will check the result for differences between the sides, shade intensity, and color. We will make any adjustments to areas of concern at that time and record the degree of redness and swelling immediately after treatment. We will also explain which symptoms to watch for at home and when to seek medical attention.

Aftercare instructions
We will advise you not to pick off scabs and to avoid excessive wetting or friction for the specified period. We will also explain how fading may progress, when to have a touch-up, and when makeup can be resumed. We will address any remaining questions along with your next appointment and when to seek medical attention.

Permanent makeup places pigment in a shallow layer of skin, so it naturally fades over about 1–2 years. Tattoos place pigment deeper, into the dermis, and remain semi-permanently. A major advantage of permanent makeup is that the design can be updated to suit trends and age-related changes.
Topical numbing cream is applied for 20–30 minutes before treatment, which greatly reduces pain. Sensations vary, but are often described as similar to tweezing hairs or mild prickling. More anesthetic can be added during treatment if the pain is strong.
This varies, but typically lasts around 1–2 years. The color gradually fades with skin renewal. Retention depends on skin type, lifestyle, UV exposure, and other factors. Regular touch-ups, about 1 session every 1–2 years, help maintain the color.
You can still have MRI scans after permanent makeup. A tingling sensation can rarely occur, but reports of serious problems are very uncommon. Before an MRI scan, please tell the medical facility that you have had permanent makeup.
Redness appears immediately afterward but usually settles within 1–2 days. Scabs form around days 3–5 and fall off naturally after about 1 week. The color may temporarily look lighter after the scabs come off, but settles in about 4 weeks.
Before treatment: Have cosmetic surgery around the eyes or nose at least 1 month beforehand, and peels or hair removal at least 3 weeks beforehand.
After treatment: Shower only on the day of treatment. Avoid baths, saunas, pools, and strenuous exercise for 1 week, and take care to avoid sun exposure. Avoid cosmetics containing alcohol, laser treatments, and peels for 4 weeks.
After the 1st session, some pigment is shed through skin renewal, which may make the color look lighter. The 2nd session fine-tunes the shade and corrects unevenness for a more natural, longer-lasting result. The 2nd session is performed at least 1 month after the 1st.
Treatment is not available during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as hormonal changes may affect pigment retention and skin condition. Please consult us again after breastfeeding has ended.
