FAQA針を刺す際にチクッとした痛みと、薬剤が注入される際にジーンとするような鈍い痛みを感じることがあります。痛みを軽減するために、極細針の使用や冷却などの工夫をしています。 脂肪溶解注射のダウンタイムのメインは「腫れ・むくみ」です。施術直後から薬剤の浸透によりむくんだような腫れが出て、2～3日後がピークとなります。その後、1週間ほどかけて徐々に引いていきます。特にあご下などは腫れを感じやすいですが、マスクで隠せる程度がほとんどです。
A回の施術でも「少しスッキリした」と感じる方もいますが、脂肪溶解注射は複数回繰り返すことで効果を実感しやすい治療です。一般的には、1～4週間の間隔で、3～5回程度の施術を1クールとして受けることが推奨されます。脂肪の量やご希望の仕上がりによって必要な回数は変わるため、カウンセリングで医師と相談しましょう。
Aリバウンドしにくいのが大きな特徴です。脂肪溶解注射は、脂肪細胞の「大きさ」を小さくするのではなく、脂肪細胞の数そのものを減らす治療です。一度破壊された脂肪細胞は再生しないため、効果は半永久的と言えます。ただし、残っている脂肪細胞が暴飲暴食などによって大きくなることはあるため、施術後もバランスの取れた食生活や適度な運動を心がけることが大切です。
A脂肪が分解・排出される過程で、一時的に施術部位が硬くなる「硬結（こうけつ）」という状態になることがあります。これは正常な反応で、通常は数週間～数ヶ月で自然に柔らかくなります。施術後のマッサージで改善を促せる場合が多いです。
Aはい、推奨しています。 施術後3日目くらいから、注入部位を優しくマッサージすることで、薬剤が均一に広がり、分解された脂肪の排出がスムーズになります。血行を良くすることで、より効果を高めることが期待できます。ただし、痛みや腫れが強い間は無理に行わないでください。
