FAQA施術前に麻酔クリームを塗布するため、痛みは大幅に軽減されます。施術中は、針を刺すチクッとした感覚と、炭酸ガスが注入される際に皮膚がグッと押されるような感覚があります。多くの方が我慢できる程度の痛みですが、ご不安な場合は遠慮なくお申し付けください。
A赤みや腫れは3日〜1週間程度、内出血は1〜2週間程度で引いていくのが一般的です。内出血はメイクでカバーできる場合がほとんどなので、お仕事を休む必要がない方がほとんどです。ただし、大事なイベントの直前は避けて、余裕を持ったスケジュールで施術を受けることをおすすめします。
A1回の施術でも肌のハリ感や凹みの改善を実感される方もいらっしゃいますが、ニキビ跡や傷跡の根本的な改善を目指すには、1ヶ月〜1ヶ月半に1回のペースで、3〜5回程度の継続治療をおすすめしています。回数を重ねるごとに、自身の肌がコラーゲンを生成し、凹みが内側から持ち上がって滑らかになっていくのが分かります。
Aダーマペン・ポテンツァが、皮膚の表面から針で刺激を与え、肌全体の再生を促すことで浅い凹みや肌質を改善するアプローチなのに対し、トライフィルプロは、皮膚の奥深くで凹みの原因となっている硬い癒着（瘢痕）を炭酸ガスで直接剥がして物理的に持ち上げることで、より深く固着したクレーター状のニキビ跡や傷跡に根本からアプローチする治療です。
A炎症が強く、化膿しているニキビが広範囲にある場合は、その部位を避けるか、ニキビの炎症が落ち着いてから施術を行うのが一般的です。炎症がある肌に刺激を与えると、悪化させたり色素沈着のリスクを高めたりする可能性があるためです。
A皮膚の深い層で癒着を剥がすという施術の特性上、内出血は出やすい治療と言えます。個人差はありますが、ある程度出るものとお考えいただくと良いでしょう。時間とともに必ず消えていきますし、コンシーラーなどで隠せる場合がほとんどです。
