Subcision is a treatment that uses a specialized needle to physically release the hardened fibrous tissue (adhesions) deep in the skin—the direct cause of acne craters and scar depressions. By cutting the "tethers" that pull the skin downward, the depressed areas are lifted from within.

FAQA施術前に局所麻酔をしっかりと行いますので、施術中の痛みはあまりありません。麻酔の注射の際にチクッとした痛みを感じる程度です。施術後に麻酔が切れると鈍い痛みが出ることがあります。
A最も目立つダウンタイムは内出血で、1〜2週間ほど続きます。施術翌日からメイクが可能ですので、コンシーラーで隠して仕事に行かれる方が多いです。腫れやむくみは2〜3日後がピークで、1週間程度で徐々に引いていきます。大切なご予定がある場合は、2週間以上の余裕を持って施術されることをお勧めします。
Aはい、1回の治療でも凹みが持ち上がる効果を実感していただけることが多いです。ただし、癒着が強い場合や、より滑らかな状態を目指す場合は、1〜3ヶ月の間隔をあけて複数回（3〜5回が目安）治療を重ねることで、さらに高い効果が期待できます。
A施術直後から凹みが改善されたと感じる方もいますが、内出血や腫れがあるため、最終的な効果の判断には時間がかかります。コラーゲン生成が促されるため、数週間〜数ヶ月かけて徐々に効果が安定していきます。
Aレーザーやダーマペンが「皮膚の表面」に働きかけて肌の再生を促す治療であるのに対し、サブシジョンは「皮膚の奥深く」にある凹みの根本原因（癒着した線維）を直接切り離す治療です。そのため、他の治療では改善が難しかった深いクレーターに対して、より根本的な改善が期待できます。
A施術で使用する針は非常に細く、針を刺した跡（針穴）は数日でふさがり、最終的にはほとんど分からなくなります。ご安心ください。
